AlarmLink owns and operates our very own central station. When your alarm goes off, our staff is here to respond quickly. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are also fully backed by a secondary location that will pick up alarms automatically in the event of any failure, storm or disaster that could come. 

Alarm signals come into our central station via phone line, IP and even cellular. The signals are processed through the alarm receivers then sent to our alarm automation software to be handled by a live agent. This entire process takes just seconds from the start of the alarm to entering the alarm queue to be handled by an agent.
